The Partagás Capitols are the second Mareva format (129 mm long, ring gauge 42) that was discontinued in the 1980s.
This product is now also available in its original, elegant presentation in metal cases of 5 pieces. Ten of these cases are in a classic habilitated box in the typical design of the Partagás brand. After the Romeo y Julieta Club Kings, another product in the Habanos retro line is now coming back.
In this case, too, the design of the boxes has been carefully modernized. It is particularly practical that the cigars are thus protected from drying out and damage for a certain period of time. They fit perfectly in a shirt or jacket pocket. The cigars are now as then, completely hand-rolled long fillers.
About the brand:
If there is a particularly famous cigar factory in Havana, it is the “Partagás” factory. The brand was introduced by Don Jaime Partagás in 1845. Since then, the cigars have borne his name.
A Partagás cigar can be recognized immediately by its heavy, earthy aroma. The character of this mixture goes back to a selection of filler and leaf turns from the tobacco growing zone Vuelta Abajo, which are selected for their unmistakable richness in taste and aroma.
